1. About Rembeo & Our Mission

We aggregate data from a variety of public and third-party sources to help you find the best value. By using our app or website, you agree to these terms.
2. Retailer Links & Information Accuracy
Rembeo is a research and discovery tool. When we provide links to external retailers:
- The links are for informational and referral purposes to help you locate products.
- The final product details, pricing, availability, and terms are determined solely by the retailer at the time of viewing or purchase.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party pricing displayed, as retailer data can change without notice.
Any purchase you make is a direct transaction between you and the retailer; Rembeo does not handle payments, shipping, or customer service for items purchased through external links.
3. No Financial or Commercial Guarantee
Rembeo is an information tool, not a financial advisor. While we strive for accuracy:
- Fuel Prices: Indicative only and may lag behind real-world pump prices. Always verify at the pump before fueling.
- Product Availability: We do not guarantee that any product or service will be in stock or available when you visit a retailer.
- Price Accuracy: Local data and market averages may be delayed, incomplete, or vary by store and location. You should verify details with the retailer directly.
4. Open Data & Attributions
Rembeo integrates third-party open data to power features and discovery. We acknowledge and comply with the following licenses:
- OpenStreetMap: Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL).
- Open Food & Beauty Facts: Product data may be sourced from Open Food Facts and Open Beauty Facts (ODbL).
- Companies House: Trader verification data may include public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
- Open Charge Map: EV charging data may be provided via Open Charge Map (CC BY 4.0).
5. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Services
The Rembeo user interface, branding, and any custom-built ranking or matching logic are the property of Rembeo Ltd. Any contract for goods or services discovered via Rembeo is strictly between you and the third-party provider/retailer.
6. App Store & Governing Law
You acknowledge that Apple Inc. and Google LLC have no support obligations for the Rembeo app. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
